Job summary

L&M Corrugated Container Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Platteville, WI. You will serve as the primary contact for customers, manage orders from start to finish, and coordinate with Sales, Design, Scheduling, and Production to ensure a seamless experience.

The role is in-office, Monday–Friday, with starting pay between $22 and $25 per hour. This family-owned company emphasizes teamwork and customer satisfaction, offering growth opportunities and a supportive work

Qualifications

• Customer service, account management, administrative, or office experience preferred.
• Manufacturing, packaging, logistics, or distribution experience is a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and orders from start to finish
• Coordinate with Sales, Design, Scheduling, and Production teams
• Process orders, changes, and customer requests accurately
• Communicate order status and provide solutions to customer concerns
• Build strong relationships with customers and serve as a trusted resource
