Job summary

PowerHouse Electrical Services, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Pflugerville, TX office. The role supports a residential electrical contractor, handling work orders, scheduling, and communications with builders and customers.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and dependable, with at least two years of customer service experience. Proficiency with Outlook and Excel, plus bilingual English/Spanish, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate work orders via phone, email, fax or builder sites.
• Process work orders after review (email/print).
• Request PO or acknowledgement based on builder requirements.
• Delete work orders per policy.
• Research miscellaneous (w/o status, closing dates, maps, missing w/o, deleted w/o, etc.).
• Schedule appointments and follow up on unreturned calls.

Customer Service Representative

Round Rock/Pflugerville area residential electrical contractor seeking a Customer Service Representative.

Candidate should be extremely organized, detail oriented, and have excellent attendance. Candidate should be willing to work overtime as needed. Ideal candidate must work well with others and have a positive, upbeat attitude.

Minimum of two years of experience with Customer Service is required.

Should have:

• Strong Phone Skills, preferably with a multi-line system
• Accurate, detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Dependable, reliable
• Experience using Outlook
• Experience using Excel

General Duties:

• Generate work orders (via phone call / email / fax / builder sites)
• Process work orders after they have been reviewed (email / print)
• Request PO or Acknowledgement based on builder requirements
• Delete work orders per policy
• Research misc. (w/o status, closing dates, maps, missing w/o, deleted w/o, etc.)
• Schedule appointments and follow up on unreturned calls.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual – English and Spanish
• Experience in construction/electrical field

This position is hourly plus benefits including health insurance with employer contribution and a 401k plan with an employer matching contribution. This role is located in our company office and is not a remote position.
