Kelly Services is seeking two compassionate Customer Service Representatives for an in-office, Pasadena role supporting IHSS recipients. This call center position requires handling urgent situations and finding replacement homecare workers as needed.

You will guide clients through county and state programs, document interactions, and communicate with empathy in high-stress moments. This is an in-office position with a 6-month commitment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish (a BIG plus).
• Prior call center or high-volume phone experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and empathetic in urgent or emergency situations.
• Reliable and able to commit to a minimum of 6 months.

• Assist seniors and individuals with disabilities in locating replacement homecare workers.

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Commitment: 6-month assignment

Job Summary

We are currently seeking two compassionate and reliable Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Pasadena. This is an in-office, call center–based role supporting high-needs In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) recipients, including seniors and individuals with disabilities.
