Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking an On-site Call Center Customer Service Representative to support fuel and propane services in the Syracuse area. You will handle inquiries, orders, and troubleshooting with a friendly, professional demeanor, scheduling service calls and building rapport with customers.

The role requires a high school diploma, prior call center experience preferred, and proficiency with customer service software and multitasking.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Must work ON-SITE; this job is NOT REMOTE.
• Must commit to one full month of training with NO MISSED TIME; class starts 11/9-12/18 5pm-10pm Monday-Friday.
• Shifts then vary after training; part-time hours available.
• Previous call center experience preferred.
• Proficiency in customer service software and multitasking.
• Strong computer skills.
