We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Remote Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our company. As a Sales and Customer Service Representative with The Sudhoff Agency, you’ll help current and prospective customers determine which of our plans best fits their needs while building lasting relationships with them.

Responsibilities

1. Become familiar with and retain information about the insurance plans offered.
2. Work with our proven lead system to help potential clients and attempt to build working relationships with them.
3. Engage with prospective clients through email, phone, or via Zoom to discuss the company’s insurance offerings.
4. Work with clients to find the plan that best suits their needs, explaining the pros and cons of each option.
5. Assist clients by giving customized quotes, trying to find something within their budget.
6. Explain approved policies to customers.
7. Answer client questions as needed.
8. Regularly revisit clients to reevaluate their policy needs, suggesting modifications and updates.
9. Stay knowledgeable of insurance trends and practices.

Requirements

1. We will help you get your license if you are not already licensed in Life and Health.
2. Outgoing personality with strong persuasive and sales skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Superb organizational and multitasking skills.
5. Basic math and data skills.
6. Computer literacy.
