Position: Call Center Representative/Customer Service Representative
Mode: Remote / Work from Home
Shift: 24*7 rotational shifts (5 days a week, 9 hours a day)
Willing to work during holidays and weekends is a must.
During training, agents will learn about the Hospitality Sector, handling various tools, understanding property characteristics, correct phonetics, and guidelines to ensure excellent customer experience. They will handle calls from clients across the United States, assisting with reservations, modifications, cancellations, hotel policies, and general inquiries using designated tools.
Education: Graduate or High School diploma in any discipline
