We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing them with excellent customer service while assisting with inquiries, scheduling, and a variety of other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be passionate about animals, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The base hourly range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00. Our pay ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
