Job summary

TEKsystems partners with a community-focused organization in Olathe, KS, seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a diverse team. You will handle service requests, verify customer needs, and coordinate field actions while maintaining records. The role supports growth with potential direct hire.

Expect a 1pm–10pm shift, on-site requirements, and a collaborative work environment. Prior customer service and tech-savvy problem solving are valued for success in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

TEKsystems is proud to partner with a locally owned, community-focused organization in search of Customer Service Representatives to join their diverse and inclusive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company that supports some of the nations most recognized brands, including Lowes, Amazon, Target, and Walmart.

Schedule : Must be available to work an 8 hour shift with 2 days off: Mon-Fri, 1pm to 10pm

What You Will Do

• Manage service requests and work orders received electronically and by phone
• Verify and qualify customer requests to ensure accurate processing
• Coordinate technician check-ins/check-outs and dispatch purchase orders to subcontractors and service teams
• Provide timely, knowledgeable customer support and ensure customer satisfaction

What We Are Looking For

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Olathe, KS.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
