Job summary

Glass Doctor is hiring a Customer Service Representative to service residential and commercial customers with care and professionalism. You will handle calls, enter data into the POS, and schedule flat glass projects, ensuring accuracy and timely responses.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to identify additional opportunities while providing top-notch service and support to customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic tools of the trade (glass repair context).
• Insurable with valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming calls professionally and courteously, determines purpose of the call and collects/verifies contact information.
• Enter all relevant customer information into the POS system and set appointments for projects.
• Assist Auto Glass customers by asking open-ended questions to gather necessary information.
• Respond promptly to email requests to secure opportunities and follow up as needed.
• Collect payment from customers for work performed.
