Job summary

Glass Doctor in Florida is hiring an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to provide top‑notch customer service for residential and business customers. You will handle calls, input data into the POS, set appointments for flat projects, assist auto glass customers, respond to emails, and collect payments.

A valid driver's license and basic tools knowledge are required. We offer flexible scheduling, paid training, bonuses and incentives, PTO and vacation, and a supportive team that values accuracy

Qualifications

• One year or more of customer service experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screen.
• Strong organizational skills and time management.
• Outstanding phone skills and clear communication.
• Strong computer and internet skills and ability to enter data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner and verifies caller information.
• Enter all relevant customer information into the POS system and schedule appointments.
• Assist Auto Glass customers using open-ended questions to gather necessary details.
• Respond to email requests promptly to secure opportunities.
• Collect payments from customers for work performed.
