Job summary

Glass Doctor is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to provide top-notch customer service for residential and business customers, often in situations requiring empathy and quick action. You will handle calls, collect details, and schedule flat glass projects to move the sale forward.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to enter data accurately in the POS system.

Qualifications

• One year or more of customer service experience preferred.
• Insurable with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record to drive a company vehicle.
• Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and manage time.
• Outstanding phone skills.
• Strong computer and internet skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, determines purpose of the call, and collects/verifies contact information.
• Enters all relevant customer information into the POS system.
• Sets appointments for flat projects to promptly close the sale.
• Assist Auto Glass Customers using open-ended questions to ensure Glass Doctor gets the best information.
• Responds to email requests to secure opportunities.
• Collect payment from customers for the work performed.
