Job summary

Jay's Heating, Air and Plumbing in Mt Airy, NC is hiring a Customer Service Representative to convert calls into service appointments and manage outbound/ inbound inquiries. You will schedule appointments, use the Service Titan CRM, and support sales efforts while upholding the company’s values of integrity and service excellence.

The role offers full-time hours with typical Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday schedules, $16–$20 per hour, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service contact centers or similar roles.
• Proven phone handling for high-volume inbound/outbound calls.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience promoting a brand and services to customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based software.

Pay

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour + spiff option

Schedule options

Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, 8am - 5pm (once training is completed)

Position Overview

• You will promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments
• Answering in coming calls
• Making outbound calls to qualify leads for service and sales
• Scheduling service and sales appointments
• Daily use of Service Titan our CRM and dispatching software

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

• 3+ years experience in customer service contact centers
• Proven track record of being a phone EXPERT - effectively handling a large volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Strong Communication and People Skills
• Expert ability at converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments
• Experience in offering membership-based services
• Expert ability to respond to customer requests and resolving issues while promoting the brand
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Web-Based Software Navigation
• The ability to maintain real-time communication with dispatch and your manager
