Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers, turning inbound calls into scheduled service appointments.
• Answer inbound calls and schedule plumbing service appointments.
• Use call scripts while maintaining a natural, personable tone.
• Build rapport with customers and create a positive first impression.
• Accurately enter and update customer information in the system.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and internal teams.
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Support outbound calling to follow up and maximize bookings.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of customer service experience(call center or high-volume environment preferred)
• Experience handlingmulti-line phone systems
• Strong computer skills (CRM systems, typing, data entry)
• Excellentcommunication and listening skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
