Job summary

Hunter Recruitment Advisors (HRA) is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for the Midway, MO area. You will be the friendly voice helping customers resolve issues, schedule appointments, and ensure 5-star service in a fast-paced call center environment.

Role involves troubleshooting, data entry, and providing both service and sales support. On-call rotation for after-hours and holidays may be required, with competitive pay and great benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Professional and courteous communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong attention to detail and data entry skills.
• Experience in customer service and/or sales is a plus.

Responsibilities
