Position Details

• Position: 1st Shift Customer Service Representative
• Shift: 5:00am - 1:30pm (Mon-Fri)
• Pay: $20.50 per hour
• Additional Incentives: All full-time employees are eligible for productivity bonuses after the probationary period.

Role Purpose

Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs. Provide product, service, and transit information, acting as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution.

Key Accountabilities

1. Resolve product or service problems: clarify complaints, determine causes, explain solutions, expedite corrections, and follow up.
2. Maintain customer records and update account information.
3. Handle financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
4. Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing customer information; assist with order and product management.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 0-12 months of system, data entry, or reporting experience
• 0-12 months of warehouse experience (preferred)
