Job Title: Remote Customer Service Representative

Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will support customers by resolving questions and complaints related to their accounts through phone, email, and web inquiries. Your role is to deliver exceptional service by actively listening and utilizing your customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
  1. Handle inbound calls from customers regarding their accounts (40-50 calls daily).
  2. Respond to inquiries using training and available resources.
  3. Identify customer needs to provide accurate information.
  4. Resolve complaints and difficult situations empathetically.
  5. Process transactions via web applications.
  6. Document research requests accurately.
  7. Maintain knowledge of company and client policies, programs, and technology.
  8. Communicate effectively and empathetically.
  9. Adhere to confidentiality laws and requirements.
  10. Support other team members during heavy workloads or absences.
Benefits and Compensation:
  • Full-time employment (40 hours/week), with flexible shifts during business hours (Monday-Sunday, 24/7).
  • Starting pay of $14.00/hour, with shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts.
  • Incentive plan allowing earning up to an additional $350/month based on performance metrics.
  • Paid training scheduled Monday-Friday.

Qualifications:
  • At least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum six months experience in call center or customer service roles.
  • Proficient with computer and Windows applications.
  • Able to pass background, credit, and security checks.
  • Reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps upload/download) and dedicated workspace.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Over 1 year of call center experience.
