We’re a growing US-based company hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to support our pet care clients through inbound and outbound calls. This is a direct hire role—we’re not a recruiter or staffing agency. We’re building our own team because we’re looking for dedicated people to grow with us long term.

If you're fluent in English, experienced in customer support, and love the idea of helping pet owners while working from home, you might be a perfect fit.

  • Inbound Calls: Assist customers, schedule appointments, resolve common issues, or escalate when needed
  • Outbound Calls: Follow up on previous inquiries, provide updates, and check in with clients
  • Customer Interaction: Communicate with empathy and professionalism; record notes accurately in our CRM
  • Team Collaboration: Meet performance goals and participate in ongoing training
  • Experience: 1+ year in customer service (bonus if it’s with US-based customers or in a call center setting)
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRMs (Zoho, HubSpot), Zoom, Slack, Teams; type at least 40 WPM
  • Availability: Able to work 6–12 hour shifts within the 11 AM – 9 PM EST window
  • Work Environment: Quiet space, stable high-speed internet, and a reliable headset
  • Bonus: A love of dogs and general pet knowledge are big pluses!
  • Friendly, composed, and professional on the phone
  • A great listener with a calm, empathetic approach
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Comfortable juggling multiple customer types and call volumes
