Job summary

KitchenCrest Cabinets, LLC in Miami is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve contractors and builders as the go-to person from order intake to delivery.

This isn’t a call center; you’ll be the front-line contact by phone, email, and in person, enter orders in Oracle NetSuite, resolve issues, and coordinate with our warehouse on pick, pack, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Spanish language ability is required.

• NetSuite or similar CRM/ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the front-line contact for customers by phone, email, and in person, including walk-in clients.
• Enter and manage sales orders in Oracle NetSuite with accuracy.
• Resolve customer issues and follow through until fully handled.
• Coordinate with warehouse on pick, pack, ship and delivery arrangements.
• Develop ability to read kitchen design blueprints and convert them into sales orders.

Customer Service Representative — B2B Cabinet Wholesaler (M–F, No Weekends)

KitchenCrest Cabinets is a growing B2B kitchen cabinet wholesaler supplying in-stock, ready-to-assemble shaker cabinets to contractors, retailers, and builders across four states — with design, assembly, and delivery services to match. Our Miami front office is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the team.

This isn't a call center. Our customers are contractors and builders you'll get to know by name — and you'll be their go-to person from the moment an order comes in until it's delivered. You'll work hand in hand with our sales team, keeping orders accurate and customers taken care of.

What you'll do:

• Be the front-line contact for our customers by phone, email, and in person — including walk-in clients
• Enter and manage sales orders in Oracle NetSuite, with accuracy that keeps mistakes off the production floor
• Resolve customer issues and requests, and follow through until they're fully handled
• Coordinate with our warehouse team on pick, pack, ship, and delivery arrangements
• Grow into reading kitchen design blueprints and converting them into sales orders — a skill we'll teach you

What we're looking for:

• NetSuite or similar CRM/ERP experience is a plus, not a requirement

Pay, schedule & benefits:

• $36,000–$48,000 per year (salary) + bonus opportunities
• Paid semi-monthly
• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm — Holidays & Weekend OFF!
