Salary: USD23 - USD25 per hour

Beacon Hill Financial is seeking a Contract to hire Customer Service Representativefor our client in theSt.Louis Metro Area. This role is100% onsiteand offers pay ranging from$23–$25 per hour, depending on experience.

Customer Support

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, availability, and order status.
• Resolve customer questions, concerns, and issues professionally and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Learn a complex product offering and confidently communicate product and service information.

Order Management

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Verify pricing, product availability, quantities, shipping requirements, and other order details.
• Monitor open orders and communicate updates to customers.
• Follow up on quotes, orders, and customer requests.
• Coordinate order changes, returns, credits, and other customer transactions.
• Maintain accuracy when working with multiple SKUs and product options.
• Prepare customer quotes and pricing information.
• Provide account and order support to sales representatives.
• Partner with internal departments to ensure customer needs are addressed.
• Assist with special projects and administrative responsibilities as needed.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding product information, pricing, and availability.
• Assist with shipping and delivery coordination.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate potential shortages or product issues.
• Support procurement and replenishment activities as assigned.

Administrative Support

• Maintain accurate customer, order, and account records.
• Prepare reports and supporting documentation.
• Follow established business processes and procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and training.
• Take detailed notes and maintain organized information while learning products, customers, and internal processes.
