Job summary

Artisan Design Group (ADG), a Lowe's company, is seeking a Field-focused leader to coordinate with customers and installers to ensure timely, high-quality project completion. This role supports an installer-centric culture and collaborates with the GM and Operations leadership to implement best practices across projects.

The position requires an undergraduate degree in business or related field, excellent communication, and strong experience in operations, customer service, and contractor

• Knowledge of flooring installation systems pertaining to single family home construction.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe, injury/accident-free culture.
• Provide updated status checks on the stages of home construction.
• Manage relationships with key customer contacts.
• Initiate corrective action to emergent issues.
• Ensure installation quality is acceptable.
• Primary point of contact on customer installation issues as well as accidents and mishaps on-site.
• Work closely with GM, Director of Operations, Management team and other managers/supervisors to identify best practices in all functional areas.

JOB SUMMARY

The Field works with our customers and installers to ensure projects are completed on time and meet our expected level of quality. This is key position in our organization and vital to our overall performance as a contractor to the builder industry. As such, the Field must be an "installer-friendly" individual and help maintain our "installer-centric" culture which is critical to our business and success.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
