Job summary

Aspen Contracting is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our NHQ team. In this role you will be the primary contact for customers, handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, verify information, and keep accurate records while guiding processes to timely resolutions.

You'll manage payments, document interactions, and coordinate with other departments using Dialpad and internal systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of phone-based customer service experience.
• Experience in a professional office environment.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.

Reporting To: Susan Swisher

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 / hour

Description

Location: Lee’s Summit, MO

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM-7:00 PM OR Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM

Pay: $16-$18 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls
• Respond to customer questions, inquiries, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Verify customer information and maintain accurate customer records
• Document customer interactions, comments, concerns, and follow-up needs
• Route customer requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate department or team memberCommunicate and coordinate with internal departments and employees
• Maintain and update customer information and databases
• Assist with project approvals and related paperwork
• Process customer payments, including ACH, credit card, and deposits
• Use T-Mobile Dialpad and other internal systems to manage customer communication

Preferred qualifications include:

• 1+ year of phone-based customer service experience
• 1+ year of experience working in a professional office environment

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Experience maintaining customer records and documenting interactions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
