Job summary

GEICO Lexington is seeking an exceptional insurance personal lines customer service representative to join our team. No prior experience is necessary; prior experience commensurate in base pay. The starting hourly rate is $15-$25 per hour.

• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
• Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
• Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframe.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Be knowledgeable with Windows, Microsoft office suite and CRM systems.
