Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience.
• 0-12 months of warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs.
• Provide product, service, and transit information to customers; liaison to resolve issues.
• Resolve customer problems, clarify complaints, determine causes, and implement solutions.

Position: Customer Service Representative

Shift: 1st shift

Days: Mon- Fri

Hours:8AM-- 4PM

Pay: 18.45

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: reaching out to transportation carriers, obtain the driver information for specific loads and communicate that information to the team at the welcome center. Additionally, if a different driver arrives, they are going to need to reach out to the carriers again before the loads can be brought in or dispatched.

Role Purpose

Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs. Responsible for providing product, service, and transit information to the customer and act as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution.

Key Accountabilities

• Resolve product or service problems: clarify the customer’s complaint, determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problems, expedite correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Assist with order and product management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience
• 0-12 months of warehouse experience, preferred
