Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in a fast paced logistics environment. The role focuses on accurate data handling, responsive email communication, and proactive customer support to ensure smooth order processing.

Work hours are 8AM-4PM on Monday through Friday, with a 1st shift schedule. The position offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience.
• 0-12 months of warehouse experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs.
• Provide product, service, and transit information to customers and act as liaison to resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
• Assist with order and product management and prepare reports from customer information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay: $21.50 per hour

Role Purpose

Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs. Responsible for providing product, service, and transit information to the customer and act as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution.

Key Accountabilities

• Resolve product or service problems: clarify the customer’s complaint, determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problems, expedite correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Assist with order and product management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience
• 0-12 months of warehouse experience, preferred
