ACE Air Conditioning in Lake Charles, LA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our service team. This in-office role emphasizes empathy, problem solving, and helping customers feel confident we will resolve issues promptly.

Responsibilities include quality checks, scheduling visits, promoting services, and handling inbound inquiries with strong communication. Applicants should be fluent in English, with a HS diploma and 2+ years’ experience.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

• 2+ years of proven success in a customer service role

• Inbound and outbound call volume experience

• Comfortable with selling our services over the phone

• Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills

• Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions

• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks accurately

Preferred Qualifications

• Service Titan experience

• HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical experience

Compensation & Hours

• Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

• Days: Monday - Friday

• Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm

• Location: In-office
