Job summary

Air Comfort Solutions Tulsa is seeking a customer service representative to engage with customers over the phone, schedule visits, and promote services. You will handle inbound inquiries, conduct quality checks, and support ongoing customer success from an in-office setting.

The role emphasizes empathy, problem solving, and strong communication skills, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a pay range of $15–$20 per hour. Health benefits and retirement plan are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and strong customer service experience.
• Fluent English reading, writing and speaking skills.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and sell services over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Call customers from prior day for quality check.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

• 2+ years of proven success in a customer service role

• Inbound and outbound call volume experience

• Comfortable with selling our services over the phone

• Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills

• Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions

• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks accurately

• Basic computer skills

• Reliable & punctual attendance

• Fluent ability to speak, read, and write in the English language

Preferred Qualifications

• Service Titan experience

• HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical experience

Compensation & Hours

• Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Days: Monday - Friday

• Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
