Job summary

Air-Tech-of-Housto is seeking a customer service representative to support our service team in Texas. This in-office role requires engaging with customers, scheduling visits, and promoting our services with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, maintain accurate records, and work Monday through Friday with a 7:00am-4:00pm or 10:00am-7:00pm schedule. Compensation ranges from $18 to $22 per hour plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of proven success in a call center role.
• Inbound and outbound call volume experience.
• Comfortable selling services over the phone.
• Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks accurately.
• Commitment to company values.
• Fluent ability to speak, read, and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Call customers from prior day for quality checks.

• Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour + bonuses/spiffs
• Days: Monday - Friday
