Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a residential living community to hire a Resident Services Representative in Laguna Hills, CA. The role focuses on delivering exceptional phone-based customer service to residents, handling inquiries, and documenting interactions.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a temp-to-hire path and pay of $20 per hour. This onsite position emphasizes confidentiality and strong communication.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required; high level education preferred.
• 1 year of customer service, phone support, or administrative support experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented when handling challenging situations.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from residents and provide timely, professional assistance
• Respond to questions regarding community services, policies, programs, and resident requests
• Accurately document interactions and update records within internal systems
• Create, track, and follow up on service requests to ensure timely resolution
• Route inquiries to appropriate departments and coordinate follow-up as needed
• Handle resident concerns with professionalism, patience, and empathy
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while managing call volume efficiently
• Follow established procedures, service standards, and confidentiality guidelines
• Support additional administrative and customer service functions as needed
