Randstad USA in Itasca, IL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with roadside assistance and related calls. The role is in-office with daily commute to Itasca.

You will handle empathy, accuracy, and use internal tools and SOPs to obtain information and fulfill service requests. Both full-time and part-time shifts with weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Collect situational information daily using provided tools and follow Standard Operating Procedures to fulfill service requests.

Job description

Are you a skilled customer service representative looking for a new and exciting role? As a Customer Service Representative with our client, you will be helping customers solve various roadside problems, which could considerably impact their personal or professional lives. Your ability to empathize and display social skills will be critical to building rapport with customers and getting the information you need to help them. Your key mission will be to deliver outstanding service when it matters the most - the critical minutes when people are stranded on the road and in need of help. This is an in-office position and you must be able to commute to the Itasca, IL, office daily.

Pay

$18.00/hr

Hours

Full Time: 2:00PM-10:30PM

Part Time: 3:00PM-9:00PM (Schedules can expand to Full Time based on performance and attendance)

Everyone works one weekend shift.

Responsibilities

• As a Customer Service Representative, you will help customers that need roadside assistance as well as represent our clients on various other call types including, but not limited to: repair approval & reimbursement, rental requests, insurance claim requests, trip interruption, passenger transport, and claims administration calls, etc.
• Every day, you will obtain the situational information to be able to proceed with the service request, while utilizing our provided tools (internal & external systems, applications), and following our Standard Operating Procedures.

• To exhibit empathy for customers who need emergency assistance,
• To display accuracy and pay attention to details to be able to recognize the differences in clients’ coverages
• To be Internet savvy and understand nowadays Internet concepts to apply them when assisting customers, and be a person who is keen on solving problems and taking ownership of his/her work product.
