Title: Customer Service Representative – multiple openings (one day, one night)
Location: Peoria, IL
Type: Contract (12 months, possibility to extend)
Screenings: No tech, full panel drug and background once hired
Must Haves
- Flexible with one of the below shifts: 7am-7pm 4 or 3 days a week OR 7pm-7am 4 or 3 days a week
- Years of experience: 1-2 years
- Degree requirement: HS diploma/GED min
- Computer skills: Browsing and interface control, typing skills
- Previous experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams and basic language platforms
Schedule: Rotating 15‑week schedule. Over the year, average 38‑39 hours per week. 4 or 3 days of 12‑hour shifts per week. Full‑time with possible overtime or shift coverage. Weekend work included. Holidays work if falls during schedule.

Job Responsibilities
- Resolve customer service or billing complaints (e.g., exchanging merchandise, refunding money, adjusting bills)
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries or notify them of claim investigation results and planned adjustments
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
