Job summary

Ultimate Staffing seeks a Customer Experience Representative in Chanhassen, MN, 100% onsite. This full-time role offers $22/hour with a Monday-Friday schedule and flexible hours between 7:00 AM–7:00 PM.

You will be the first point of contact, handling account inquiries, program information, policy updates, and service requests. Build relationships, solve problems, and contribute to customer satisfaction daily.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 1-2 years related experience, or 3-4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
• Inbound call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service via inbound calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Assist with account questions, requests, updates, and transactions.
• Resolve concerns with a one-and-done service approach whenever possible.
• Build knowledge of programs and services to support customers.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and retention opportunities.
• Process policy changes, conversions, and account updates accurately.
• Maintain customer records and data entry with high accuracy.
• Organize and process incoming and outgoing mail and documentation.
• Meet performance goals related to quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and attendance.
• Support special projects and additional responsibilities as needed.

What You’ll Do

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Previous customer service experience in a call center, retail, hospitality, banking, healthcare, or similar customer-facing environment
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to remain professional, patient, and solution-oriented in customer interactions

Qualifications

You may qualify through any of the following:

• Associate's degree and 1-2 years of related experience, OR
• 3-4 years of relevant work experience and/or training, OR
• An equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred

• At least 1 year of inbound call center experience

Schedule & Location

Schedule: Monday-Friday with flexibility to work an 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
