Description

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative in the Financial Services industry located in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for servicing retirement accounts and business partners (CSS + Advisor Services) for retirement accounts.
• Receive work through a queue and support money movement for distribution of finances, cashiering functions, issuing checks, and offering guidance on setting up accounts and handling requests for IRA funds and transfers.
• Gather information on accounts via an imaging system and input it into the Schwab system.
• Utilize multiple systems, managing up to 6 applications at a time.
• Process distributions out of accounts, handling federal and state tax withholdings.
