Job summary

• Experience in a Veterinary Clinic or animal care setting.
• Knowledge of common veterinary terminology and services.
• Bilingual is a plus - not required.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
• Comfort working around animals of varying sizes and temperaments, including exotic animals.
• Emotional resilience when dealing with injured, sick, or grieving pets and their owners.

This role is responsible for scheduling appointments, managing client communications, processing payments, and ensuring a welcoming and organized experience for both clients and their pets.

We are a small clinic, all our employees are cross-trained, you will receive hands on animal training to be able to jump in wherever and whenever needed during the day to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
