Job Description

The Champions Forest Animal Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service while supporting the medical team in a fast paced veterinary clinic environment. This role is responsible for scheduling appointments, managing client communications, processing payments, and ensuring a welcoming and organized experience for both clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and patients warmly in person and over the phone
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently
  • Answer questions regarding clinic services, procedures, pricing, and policies
  • Process payments, invoices, and insurance documentation accurately
  • Maintain accurate client and patient records
  • Triage incoming calls, e-mails, and messages
  • Coordinate communication between veterinarians, technicians, and clients
  • Maintain clinic aesthetics by keeping a clean, organized, and welcoming space
  • Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements
  • Be cross‑trained and able to assist with animal training and other operations as needed
Qualifications
  • Experience in a Veterinary Clinic or animal care setting
  • Knowledge of common veterinary terminology and services
  • Bilingual is a plus - not required
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
  • Comfort working around animals of varying sizes and temperaments, including exotic animals
  • Emotional resilience when dealing with injured, sick, or grieving pets and their owners
