The Champions Forest Animal Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service while supporting the medical team in a fast paced veterinary clinic environment. This role is responsible for scheduling appointments, managing client communications, processing payments, and ensuring a welcoming and organized experience for both clients and their pets.
We are a small clinic, all our employees are cross‑trained, you will receive hands‑on animal training to be able to jump in wherever and whenever needed during the day to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
