Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to serve as the primary contact for customers, coordinating ready mix concrete orders for timely delivery.

You will collaborate with dispatch, sales, and operations to resolve inquiries, maintain accurate records, and proactively build relationships that support satisfaction and business growth.
