Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a capable Plant Operator to join our Washington production team. You will operate batch plant systems to meet quality and production standards and coordinate with dispatch, drivers, and site personnel to ensure timely order fulfillment.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and basic mechanical aptitude. You will perform inspections, track production data, and complete documentation while following safety, environmental, and operational procedures to

What You'll Be Doing
  • Operate and monitor batch plant systems to produce concrete that meets quality and production standards
  • Coordinate with dispatch, drivers, and site personnel to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting to maintain safe and efficient plant operations
  • Track production data and complete required documentation accurately and on time
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures to support a safe workplace

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

What We Offer

$46.29 to $46.29 per hour
