Customer Service Representative

Position Summary:

Responsible for answering phone calls and handling all facets of day-to-day customer service, including but not limited to entering and coordinating orders, invoicing, inventory control and communicating with the sales and operations. Work cross-functionally with other team members at the branch. Monday thru Friday; Starting at $30-32, DOE.

Principal Accountabilities & Deliverables

• Receive customer calls and writes orders, provides pricing, product and delivery information utilizing established price books/lists and product information
• Coordinate orders with operations and sales as needed
• Assist customers with any issues regarding orders
• Communicate order information and status to appropriate Account Managers for their customers
