About the Position

Steven Collision Center is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Customer Service Representative / Receptionist to join our team. This is an office-based position serving as the first point of contact for customers and supporting the daily administrative operations of our Collision Center.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in keeping an office organized and running smoothly. You will greet customers, answer phones, assist with scheduling, communicate repair updates, and help customers navigate the repair process.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages.
• Assist customers with questions, appointments, and estimate scheduling.
• Communicate repair status updates by phone, text, and email.
• Coordinate with estimators and other team members to keep customers informed.

• Address customer questions and concerns professionally, escalating issues when needed.Support the Collision Center team with additional administrative tasks as needed.
