Steven Collision Center is seeking a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative / Receptionist to join our office-based team. You will greet customers, answer phones, assist with scheduling, and communicate repair updates, helping clients navigate the repair process.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, excels at keeping a busy front desk organized, and works well with a team to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.

Formación

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and visitors professionally.

• Provide repair status updates via phone, text, and email.
• Coordinate with estimators and team to update customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and communications.
• Perform general office duties including filing and data entry.
• Keep front desk organized and welcoming.
• Support the team with additional administrative tasks.
