Steven Collision Center, part of Steven Automotive Group, is seeking a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative / Receptionist to be the first contact for customers and to support daily administrative operations.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, enjoys working with people, and can keep an office organized and running smoothly. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering phones, scheduling, and communicating repair updates.

• Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.

• Maintain accurate customer records and document communications.
