Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Customer Service Representative for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 8AM-4PM) in the United States. The role involves processing orders, providing product and transit information, and liaising to resolve issues. 0-12 months of related experience is acceptable, with a HS diploma required.

Compensation is $21.50 per hour with full benefits including medical, PTO, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and training opportunities. Equal opportunity employer.

• 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience may be acceptable.
• 0-12 months of warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs.
• Provide product, service, and transit information to customers and act as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Assist with order and product management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Role Purpose

Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs. Responsible for providing product, service, and transit information to the customer and act as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution.

Key Accountabilities

• Resolve product or service problems: clarify the customer’s complaint, determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problems, expedite correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Assist with order and product management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
