Job summary

Heartland Home Service is seeking a friendly, professional Customer Service Representative for our Grandville location. You will handle client interactions, enter data into our database, educate customers on products, and recommend solutions to meet their needs.

We value teamwork and independence, offer training starting June 9, weekend/closing shift availability, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, paid holidays, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong data entry and computer skills.
• Professional phone demeanor and positive attitude.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Weekend and closing shifts availability.
• Training at Grandville location starting June 9.

Responsibilities
