Job summary

Heartland Home Services seeks a customer service representative in Grandville to handle client interactions professionally and provide accurate information and solutions. You will enter and confirm client data, educate customers about products, and support growth with a positive, team-friendly approach.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of customer service experience, strong data entry skills, and a proactive, independent work style.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong data entry and computer skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly phone voice and a positive attitude.
