Vredevoogd Heating & Cooling, Inc. in Michigan is seeking a skilled plumber to diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems.

You will ensure work meets code, company standards, and customer satisfaction while mentoring apprentices and maintaining safe, organized job sites. The role requires a valid Journeyman Plumber license (or willingness to test), a clean driving record, and the ability to lift 75+ lbs.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Plumber license preferred (or readiness to test).
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with insurability through Vredevoogd's insurance carrier.
• Ability to pass initial and random drug screenings, as well as a comprehensive national background check.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, codes, and best practices.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift over 75 lbs, climb in and out of vehicles, and work in varying weather conditions.
• Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
• Must live within 45 minutes of Grandville.
