Graybar is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be a key liaison with customers, handling calls, emails, and orders to ensure total satisfaction. You will actively sell Graybar goods on inbound calls and support product selection while coordinating service requests such as pricing, expediting, billing, and credits.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills; ability to handle diverse customer situations with tact.
• Experience in customer service and sales on inbound calls is preferred.
• Retail or counter sales exposure is a plus.

• Interact with customers by phone, email, and in person to resolve requests.
• Enter orders and process quoting, pricing, and billing as needed.
• Assist customers with product selection and applications, and provide follow-up on issues.
