Job summary

Minuteman Press in Stuart, FL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our print shop team. You will communicate with customers to identify printing needs, process print requests, and provide helpful solutions to ensure a great customer service experience. Print shop experience is a plus; MS Office skills are required.

Hours are Mon-Fri 9-5. We value a pleasant customer environment, strong phone skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in our print shop located in Stuart. In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their printing needs, process print requests, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. Print shop experience is a plus. Applicant must have experience working with Microsoft Office (word, excel outlook). Must be able to create a pleasant and positive environment for our customers with good phone skills. We are a fast paced, deadline oriented environment. Hours are Monday-Friday 9-5.
