Job summary

Minuteman Press Melbourne is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our print shop. You will communicate with customers to identify printing needs, process requests, and provide helpful solutions to ensure a positive experience.

Applicants should have experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong phone skills. Print shop experience is a plus. This is a fast-paced, deadline-driven role with hours Monday–Friday 9–5.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred.
• Comfortable using computers and customer management software.
• Excellent phone and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of active listening techniques.

Must be able to create a pleasant and positive environment for our customers with good phone skills. We are a fast paced, deadline oriented environment. Hours are Monday-Friday 9-5.
