Sir Speedy in West Palm Beach seeks an experienced Customer Service Representative to support customers and the sales team. You will work in a fast-paced, flexible environment, handling inquiries, quotes, and order coordination to help drive sales and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, proactive problem solving, and clear communication with clients and internal teams. Training is provided, with Monday–Friday hours and potential summer 4-day weeks.

Job Summary:

Our Customer Service Representatives work closely with customers and our sales team, providing support with the goal of increasing sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibility Overview:

• Provide service to customers in our office, over the telephone, and by email.
• Help the customer by identifying their requirements and providing the services and products that best meet their needs.
• Show expertise by communicating with the customer about our products, services, and capabilities.
• Ensure that all deadlines and requirements are met for each customer's unique project.
• Manage projects during the entire lifecycle, from the initial quote until the project is produced and delivered.
