Job summary

Ppswork in Euclid, OH is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its established industrial operation. This on-site role offers daytime hours, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, and competitive pay based on experience.

You will process and enter orders, prepare quotes, coordinate with the warehouse, send invoices, and help resolve customer questions with a focus on accuracy and timely communication. Experience with ERP/order management systems is a plus.

$20–$28 per hour based on experience

Looking for a stable Monday–Friday position with great hours and competitive pay? We are hiring an experienced Customer Service Representative to join an established industrial/manufacturing operation in Euclid.

What You’ll Do:

• Process and enter customer orders accurately

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or an industrial environment

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through

• Good problem-solving skills

• Experience entering orders into an ERP or order management system

• Ability to manage multiple customer requests and priorities

Experience with inside sales, fasteners, MRO products, or industrial distribution is a major plus!
